We know that purchasing online is different to purchasing in person. We want your gear to fit of course so as long as your items are in perfect condition, that is they are not worn, unused and undamaged then we are happy to exchange them for you if you get the sizing wrong. Here is some information about our Return and Exchange Policies, Shipping, Privacy and AfterPay Information.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your details to third parties. We encourage you to JOIN THE PACK and become a member of Hendricks and Maple so you can be the first to hear about our new arrivals, news, early access to sale events, VIP exclusive offers and get 5% OFF your first order with us. Unsubscribe at any time and we promise we will not bombard you with too many emails.
AfterPay
Pay now or Pay it in 4! Sign up to AfterPay and select AFTERPAY as an option at checkout. Your payments will be processed and managed by AfterPay directly.
Shipping
We use Australia Post Domestic Services to ship Australia Wide and Australia Post International Post to send worldwide. We attempt to pack your order same day. Within Australia we offer an Express Post option if required just select this option at checkout. If you purchase $150 or more in your order we will ship Australia Wide for free! Please provide a contact email if sending your parcel internationally so that your postal service in your country can contact you if they are having difficulties with delivery.

We package beautifully with no prices so if you wanted to send your order directly to a gift recipient they will receive a lovely packaged present directly from us. If you wish to add a note to your gift please let us know and we will do our best to add some personalisation to your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns for faulty goods and we want to ensure you that we personally check every product before it is shipped out to you to make sure that it is in perfect condition.
For exchanges for incorrect sizing we find that the best way to exchange items is for you to return them to us and purchase your correct size as a separate order. That way you receive your products as soon as possible.
Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to exchange and let us know that you have the wrong size so we can confirm that we have the size you require in stock and that your product is unworn, unused and undamaged and will be accepted for return. Meanwhile your correct size will be shipped to you usually same day after your payment has been processed.

We will provide you with a return address but we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns and this is at your expense. Please provide us with tracking number so we can keep an eye out for your return. Once received and confirmed that the product is in perfect condition we will refund the cost of the product back to you in the same way that you paid for it.

Notification for these exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. If however the items were purchased as a gift and more time has passed but they are unworn, undamaged and unused we can still agree to exchange with your gift recipient.
